What does a psychologically healthy and safe workplace culture look like? From an occupational health and safety framework, we will discuss building a psychologically safe and healthy workplace culture. Beginning such a journey means benchmarking the current culture and developing strategies to address organizational factors that may cause or contribute to undiagnosed and diagnosed mental distress for workers. Attendees will develop strategies through using our model to approach mental health that aims interventions at the organization as well as towards and to help individuals. We will discuss available tools and resources, and share our success stories.
