Join this workshop to learn how a more holistic employee engagement strategy can improve the mental health of your workforce. For the past year, Pacific Blue Cross has been in the process of implementing the Lean methodology – which uses an employee-centric approach to continuous quality and process improvement. Using employee surveys as a baseline for measurement, the organization laid out a strategy to improve employee engagement and other psychosocial factors to improve psychological health in the workplace.
Learn how the Lean methodology has helped Pacific Blue Cross to streamline processes, reduce waste and ultimately improve both the customer and employee experience. Early indications illustrate that Lean’s employee-driven approach is positively influencing psychological health, communication and engagement across the organization.
