Vice President of of Research and Integrative Solutions, Morneau Shepell
Paula Allen is currently the Vice President of Research and Integrative Solutions for Morneau Shepell. In this capacity Paula’s focus is data driven insights regarding the issues that have the greatest impact on workplace health, cost and productivity. Paula has deep expertise and has demonstrated thought leadership and innovative solution design in absence and disability management, workplace mental health and drug plan management. She also led the largest and most comprehensive pharmaceutical management program for private organizations during the most recent pandemic crisis, and currently leads Morneau Shepell’s workplace mental health strategy.
Paula completed undergraduate and graduate degrees at the University of Toronto in psychological research, neuropsychological testing and clinical intervention. She has more than 20 years of experience disability management service and strategy, employee and family assistance and workplace training, as well as, product development in all area of workplace health and health cost management. Paula is a frequent contributor to media, a nationally recognized conference presenter, and provides consultation directly to clients.
